  ACOUSTIC PROJECT  industry ENVIRONNEMENT ACTIVITIES

The adhesion to the European Union implicates the respect of the corresponding legal regime. The fight against noise is approached under the environmental policy framework through various common directives, whose finality is the reduction of the acoustical pollution produced by some sources, these directives being transcribed at national level into different local, regional or national laws.

test list

Noise is a kind of environmental pollution, that, like any pollutant agent, have harmful effects on health and causes, among other phenomena, auditive and psychological alterations.

Noise is one of the worst pollutant agent in our cities, the acoustical energy that affecs to the most developed countries has doubled in these last years and thus, a legislative framework has appeared at local as well as national and European level.

For example, the importance of environmental pollution by noise and vibrations is captured by the European Comission Green Book, in which the obligation to realise studies of environmental impact of public and private project is established in its annexe.

As a response to the legislative national or European framework, Acusttel offers solutions to public institutions, environmental auditors or private promotors needs in the field of pollution by noise and vibrations.

Acusttel, thanks to its technical and human capacity, realises:

PREDICTIVE ACOUSTICAL IMPACTS

It deals with the evaluation of the pre-operating acoustical outlook in a determined zone, due to the future influence of a noisy activity, a communication way, the modification or execution of an urbanistical plan, as well as the analyse of the compatibilities between urban zones and other kinds of area, or the problems due to changes in soil classification.

The environmental acoustical evaluation will be useful to realise a rational territory planification.

ACOUSTICAL IMPACT EVALUATIONS

In operating situations, it is necessary to evaluate the acoustical pollutant levels, in order to planify preventive measures or to solve a current noise problem.

The acoustical evaluation of an environmental noise problem requires an acoustical study, in which random estadistical measures and a permanent noise monitoring have to be performed, in order to analyse the time evolution of the noise levels.

The field evaluation of a noise pollutant problem will be useful, in the case of having to implant corrective measures, to modelise the acoustical features of each noise source, in order to, through predictive methods, propose the most adapted corrective measures for each concrete case.
